Appointments

*If your child is sick, we always try to see him on the same day.
Please call the office as soon as we open.

*Routine physical exams are usually schedule within 2 - 4 weeks.

*Carry your insurance ID card with you at all times and present the card to our office each time you visit for an appointment.

*Appointments must be made in advance. We make every effort to maintain a schedule and appreciate your cooperation, however, emergencies do occur for us.

*Please call and let us know if you will be late for your appointment.

*If you plan to cancel your appointment, please call and let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

*All co-payments must be paid at the time of the visit. Your co-payment is listed on your ID card, so please be familiar with how
much money you will need to bring with you when you have an appointment.

*Please remember that we may ask that you select another physician if you can not adhere to our appointment policies.

Referrals
If your insurance requires a referral to see a specialist:

* Your child may need to be seen by a doctor here to determine if the visit is medically necessary.
* Never visit a specialist without first obtaining a referral from this office.
* Most referrals expire after 90 days of their issuance.
* Insurances companies do not allow us to give you postdated referrals.
